Enhancing Your Account Security
Starting March 1, 2026, we are introducing new account protection mechanisms on our shopping platform. To better secure your account, the system will require a password update once a year.
What will change from March 1, 2026?
The system will prompt every user to set a new password once every 12 months. This standard will significantly enhance the security of your account.

Do I need to do anything now?
If your password was set or changed within the last 12 months, no action is required at this time. If your password is older, the system will automatically prompt you to update it during your first login attempt after March 1.
What will the password change process look like?
The process is very simple. After entering your current login and password, a notification will appear stating that your password has expired. An email containing a reset link will then be sent to your registered email address. To complete the update, simply click the link in the message and follow the instructions.
What are the requirements for the new password?
The password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 3 of the following 4 categories:
- Uppercase letters
- Lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters
What if I forget my password?
You can always use the password recovery function.
